Zhiqiang Xiaohong Jin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MJR Investment Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based investment advisory and brokerage firm he established in 2014. Under his leadership, MJR has grown from a boutique advisory practice into a cross-border financial services provider with a presence in two of the world’s most influential markets – Singapore and London. Today, the firm serves a diverse client base of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutions, and corporate entities, offering a full spectrum of investment solutions supported by rigorous research and global insights.
With more than 20 years of experience in global capital markets, Mr. Jin has built his career on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and disciplined execution. Before founding MJR, he held senior roles in investment banking and portfolio management, where he advised on cross-border capital flows, structured investment products, and market-entry strategies for clients across Asia and Europe. His expertise spans equities, fixed income, commodities, and alternative investments, and he is widely recognised for his ability to connect investors with opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.
As CEO, Mr. Jin is responsible for shaping MJR’s long-term strategy, overseeing operations in Singapore and London, and ensuring that the firm’s advisory services remain aligned with regulatory requirements and client objectives. He is particularly focused on strengthening MJR’s role as a bridge between Asian and European capital markets, leveraging the firm’s dual presence to facilitate cross-border investments and partnerships. His forward-thinking leadership was instrumental in the firm’s international expansion in 2019, when MJR opened its London office to serve European clients more effectively.
